Settings

In simple words
Settings is part of Social Media. Roles and permissions. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.
Where it fits in your work — Approve. Posts go through the approval step you choose.
Before you start
- You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. Social Media appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
- What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
- Settings belongs to Insight & control in Social Media. Roles and permissions.
Step by step
- 1
Step 1
Open Social Media
Sign in and open the Social Media panel from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.
- 2
Step 2
Open “Settings”
In the left menu, click “Settings”. The “Settings” screen opens.
- 3
Step 3
Choose a view
Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:
- Brand context
- AI (OpenAI)
- Integrations
- Roles
- 4
Step 4
Find what you need
Type in the search box (“What the company does, for whom, and why it's different”) to find a record quickly.
- 5
Step 5
Narrow the list
Use these filters to see only what you want:
- About the company
- Services (one per line)
- Products (one per line)
- Brand tone
- Branded hashtags
- Target audience
- Brand messaging
- Website information
- Key selling points (one per line)
- Never say / claim (one per line)
- 6
Step 6
Other actions on this screen
You will also see these buttons:
- Brand context
- AI (OpenAI)
- Integrations
- Roles
- Save brand context
- 7
Step 7
Done
Roles and permissions.
Tips
- You can use more than one filter together (About the company, Services (one per line), Products (one per line)) to see exactly the records you want.
- The search box accepts: What the company does, for whom, and why it's different. Start typing and the list narrows down.
- The tabs (Brand context, AI (OpenAI), Integrations, Roles) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
- If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
Quick recap
Open Social Media → Open “Settings” → Choose a view → Find what you need → Narrow the list → Other actions on this screen → Done

Yes. SelfRun AI works in the browser on any device and can be installed as an app on Android, iOS and desktop, with the same screens and the same data.
Does this cost extra?
No. Settings comes with the Social Media panel, and every panel is included in every plan.
