1Where branding lives

Open Workspace → Branding. One screen controls how your company appears across every panel, the emails the platform sends for you and the PDFs it generates.

2Logo and name

Upload your logo (square images work best; PNG, JPG or WebP) and set your company name. The optional accent part lets you colour half of a two-part name, the way a wordmark often is.

  • The logo appears in the sidebar of every panel and in your installable and downloadable apps
  • The name is used in page titles, emails and notifications
  • A live preview shows how it will look before you save

3Choose a theme

Pick a theme from the library — colours, fonts and corner style apply to your website and to every panel. You can switch at any time and customise any theme further from the Website → Themes screen.

Tip · Branding changes apply to the whole company at once, so decide on them early and the rest of your setup inherits them.

Do push notifications come from my company?

Yes. Push notifications reach your team and your website visitors in your name, on the devices where they have allowed them.

What can I ask the AI?

Anything about your business data in plain language — for example overdue invoices, leads by source, who is on leave or which projects are late. It answers with text, a table or a chart and shows how it calculated the answer.
