CRM & Sales — Notifications: the real screen
The real screen used in this guide.

In simple words

Notifications is part of CRM & Sales. Be told when a lead or applicant needs you. This guide takes you through it in 4 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Assign. A rule gives each lead an owner, who is notified and sees a due date.

Before you start

  • You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. CRM & Sales appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
  • What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
  • Notifications belongs to Messages & applicants in CRM & Sales. Be told when a lead or applicant needs you.
