Website — Careers: the real screen
The real screen used in this guide.

In simple words

Careers is part of Website. Job openings on your site. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Build. Compose pages from sections in the builder, as drafts.

Before you start

  • You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. Website appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
  • What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
  • Careers belongs to Content in Website. Job openings on your site.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Open Website

Sign in and open the Website panel from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Open “Jobs”

In the left menu of Website, open the page called “Jobs” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Choose a view

Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

    • All0
    • Published0
    • Draft0
    • Unpublished changes0
  4. 4

    Step 4

    Find what you need

Type in the search box (“Search jobs…”) to find a record quickly.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Narrow the list

Use these filters to see only what you want:

    • Sort byWebsite orderTitle A–ZRecently edited▾
  6. 6

    Step 6

    Add a new one

Click “New job” to add one. A form opens for the details.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Other actions on this screen

You will also see these buttons:

    • All0
    • Published0
    • Draft0
    • Unpublished changes0
  8. 8

    Step 8

    Done

    Job openings on your site.

Tips

  • The search box accepts: Search jobs…. Start typing and the list narrows down.
  • The tabs (All0, Published0, Draft0, Unpublished changes0) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
  • If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.

Quick recap

Open Website → Open “Jobs” → Choose a view → Find what you need → Narrow the list → Add a new one → Other actions on this screen → Done
