Project board

In simple words

Project board is part of SelfRun SprintOS. Kanban board of tasks. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Plan. Create the project with milestones, tasks, owners and dates on a board and timeline.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun SprintOS appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Project board belongs to Delivery in SelfRun SprintOS. Kanban board of tasks.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun SprintOS

   Sign in and open the SelfRun SprintOS product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Projects”

   In the left menu, click “Projects”. The “Projects” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Name or code”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Search
   • Status
   • Priority
   • Client
   • Manager
   • Category

   Read the list

   Each row shows:

   • Code
   • Project
   • Client
   • Manager
   • Priority
   • Status
   • Health
   • Progress
   • Due
   • Billing PDFs

   Add a new one

   Click “New Project” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Status, Priority, Client) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: Name or code. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Use “Export CSV” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
