Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun SiteCraft AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Media library belongs to Content in SelfRun SiteCraft AI. Images and files.

Step by step

   Open SelfRun SiteCraft AI

   Sign in and open the SelfRun SiteCraft AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Media Library”

   In the left menu, click “Media Library”. The “Media Library” screen opens.

   Choose a view

   Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • All media0
   • Missing alt text0
   • Photos0
   • Grid view
   • List view

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Search this list…”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Search

   Add a new one

   Click “Add new media” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• The search box accepts: Search this list…. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• The tabs (All media0, Missing alt text0, Photos0, Grid view) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
