Rankings is part of SelfRun RankMax AI. Rank tracking over time. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun RankMax AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Rankings belongs to Search & links in SelfRun RankMax AI. Rank tracking over time.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun RankMax AI

   Sign in and open the SelfRun RankMax AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Rankings”

   In the left menu, click “Rankings”. The “Rankings” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Contains…”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Keyword
   • URL
   • Country
   • Device
   • Search engine
   • Source
   • From
   • To
   • Granularity
   • Change period

   Each row shows:

   • Keyword

   • To
   • Change
   • Date
   • Position

   Add a new one

   Click “Import CSV” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Keyword, URL, Country) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: Contains…. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Use “CSV” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
• “Import CSV” lets you add many records at once from a file instead of one by one.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
