Test reports & analytics is part of SelfRun EvalIQ. Performance across tests. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun EvalIQ appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Test reports & analytics belongs to Evaluation in SelfRun EvalIQ. Performance across tests.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun EvalIQ

   Sign in and open the SelfRun EvalIQ product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Test Reports”

   In the left menu, click “Test Reports”. The “Test Reports” screen opens.

   Choose a view

   Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • Test Performance
   • User Performance
   • Department Performance
   • Role Performance
   • Applicant Performance
   • Student Performance
   • Question Performance
   • Section Performance
   • Attempt Analysis
   • Pass / Fail Analysis
   • Time Analysis
   • Difficulty Analysis

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Assigned from
   • Assigned to
   • Test
   • Test category
   • User type
   • Department
   • Role

   Each row shows:

   • Test
   • Assigned
   • Completed
   • Pending
   • In Progress
   • Expired
   • Avg %
   • Highest %
   • Lowest %

   You will also see these buttons:

   • CSV

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Assigned from, Assigned to, Test) to see exactly the records you want.
• Use “CSV” or “Excel” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
• The tabs (Test Performance, User Performance, Department Performance, Role Performance) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
