Test assignments

In simple words

Test assignments is part of SelfRun EvalIQ. Assign to candidates, employees and students. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Build. Questions go into categories; tests are timed with sections and randomisation.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun EvalIQ appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Test assignments belongs to Assessments in SelfRun EvalIQ. Assign to candidates, employees and students.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun EvalIQ

   Sign in and open the SelfRun EvalIQ product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Test Assignments”

   In the left menu, click “Test Assignments”. The “Test Assignments” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Candidate name”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Search
   • Test
   • Status
   • User type
   • Priority
   • Assigned from
   • Assigned to

   Read the list

   Each row shows:

   • Candidate
   • Test
   • Status
   • Window
   • Attempts
   • Score
   • Result

   Assign to candidates, employees and students.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Test, Status, User type) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: Candidate name. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Use “Export” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
