Platform connections

In simple words

Platform connections is part of SelfRun ViralPulse AI. Your business pages, connected. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Create. One idea becomes posts adapted for each platform, with generated images.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun ViralPulse AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Platform connections belongs to AI & publishing in SelfRun ViralPulse AI. Your business pages, connected.

Step by step

1. 1

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun ViralPulse AI

Sign in and open the SelfRun ViralPulse AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

2. 2

   Step 2

   Open “Settings”

In the left menu, click “Settings”. The “Settings” screen opens.

3. 3

   Step 3

   Choose a view

Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • Brand context
   • AI (OpenAI)
   • Integrations
   • Roles
4. 4

   Step 4

   Find what you need

Type in the search box (“What the company does, for whom, and why it's different”) to find a record quickly.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (About the company, Services (one per line), Products (one per line)) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: What the company does, for whom, and why it's different. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• The tabs (Brand context, AI (OpenAI), Integrations, Roles) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
