In simple words

Notifications is part of SelfRun DealFlow AI. Be told when a lead or applicant needs you. This guide takes you through it in 4 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Assign. A rule gives each lead an owner, who is notified and sees a due date.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun DealFlow AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Notifications belongs to Messages & applicants in SelfRun DealFlow AI. Be told when a lead or applicant needs you.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun DealFlow AI

   Sign in and open the SelfRun DealFlow AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “CRM & Sales Notifications”

   In the left menu of SelfRun DealFlow AI, open the page called “CRM & Sales Notifications” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

Tips

• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
