In simple words

Conversations is part of SelfRun DataBrain AI. Search and revisit past questions. This guide takes you through it in 5 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Plan. The AI chooses the records to look at and builds a read-only query.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun DataBrain AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Conversations belongs to Trust & control in SelfRun DataBrain AI. Search and revisit past questions.

Step by step

   Open SelfRun DataBrain AI

   Sign in and open the SelfRun DataBrain AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Ask your business data”

   In the left menu of SelfRun DataBrain AI, open the page called “Ask your business data” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Ask a question about your business…”) to find a record quickly.

   You will also see these buttons:

   • Who are our top 5 clients by revenue?
   • Give me a report on leads and revenue this quarter.
   • How many active clients do we have?
   • Which projects are delayed?
   • Which employees are assigned to each active project?
   • How many tasks are overdue, by assignee?

Tips

• The search box accepts: Ask a question about your business…. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
