In simple words

Documents is part of SelfRun CommandOS. Files uploaded across projects, HR and the portal. This guide takes you through it in 6 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Set up. A guided setup captures your company profile, departments and the products your team uses.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun CommandOS appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Documents belongs to Command center in SelfRun CommandOS. Files uploaded across projects, HR and the portal.

Step by step

   Open SelfRun CommandOS

   Sign in to your company's Workspace. You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Documents”

   In the left menu of SelfRun CommandOS, open the page called “Documents” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Title, filename, or category”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Search
   • Module

   Read the list

   Each row shows:

   • Document
   • Module
   • Category
   • Owner
   • Size
   • Uploaded

   Done

   Files uploaded across projects, HR and the portal.

Tips

• The search box accepts: Title, filename, or category. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
