Payouts is part of SelfRun CashFlow AI. Pay vendors and staff from one place. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun CashFlow AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Payouts belongs to Money out in SelfRun CashFlow AI. Pay vendors and staff from one place.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun CashFlow AI

   Sign in and open the SelfRun CashFlow AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Payouts”

   In the left menu, click “Payouts”. The “Live Bank Payout Desk” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Search this list…”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Search
   • Source Product
   • Payout Method
   • Debit Company Current Account *
   • Beneficiary / Payee Name *
   • Beneficiary Account / UPI
   • Payout Amount (₹) *
   • Payout Channel / Method
   • Source Product / Purpose
   • Invoice / PO Reference

   Pay vendors and staff from one place.

Tips

• Fields marked with * are required — Debit Company Current Account, Beneficiary / Payee Name, Payout Amount (₹). The form cannot be saved until they are filled in.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
